Refund policy

all sales are FINAL

i do not accept returns or offer refunds/replacements unless it was a mistake on my part (such as incorrect or missing items).

i require an unedited unboxing video with the shipping label and the box/mailer completely sealed in the beginning of the video for the following items to be eligible for a possible refund/replacement if i did not send the correct items or if anything is missing:

  • jewelry
  • official kpop goods (includes albums, photocards, and misc items)
    • however, as stated, albums that have missing inclusions are NOT eligible for refunds as this is a manufacturing error and i have no clue of knowing since all albums are completely sealed and brand new when sold.
