Shipping policy

general shipping

orders will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. since i am a full-time student, it's possible that shipping could take longer if i am busy with schoolwork. i understand some items may be purchased as gifts, so if you need items shipped out urgently please mention it in your order note or email me as soon as possible. if you contact me too late, i most likely will not be able to fulfill your request.

failed delivery/returns

i am not responsible for any lost or damaged mail. i cannot provide refunds or replacements. if your package is returned to me due to buyer error (such as incorrect address), you will be asked to pay for the shipping fee again. if you need address changes after placing an order, please contact me asap.

international shipping

due to complications, the site does not support overseas shipping. please dm me on instagram (@zznstudios) if you are not based in the united states to place an order.
